Quotes and estimates

Quotes, price ranges and timelines shown on the site or provided through the contact form are estimates for discussion. They are not binding until set out in a signed agreement that defines the scope, price and schedule of the work.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to mobileapplication.ca unless stated otherwise. For client projects, ownership of the work we deliver is set out in the project agreement; our standard practice is that clients own the source code and designs on final payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, submitting fraudulent form entries, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
